Processing Time All products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment.
Shipping Times Delivery times depend on your location and the fulfilment partner. Average estimates:

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Wrong Address If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us immediately at welcome@whereverwe.store. If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address or issue a refund.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is lost in transit, contact us at welcome@whereverwe.store and we will investigate with the carrier. We cannot guarantee replacements for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.
Customs & Import Fees International orders may be subject to customs or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 30 days at welcome@whereverwe.store with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
